The original exchange clubs were organized by Sarasota and Manatee real estate agents and were
comprised of realtors only. After the merger, the name GREAT was adopted and the
membership opened to include developers, property owners, and entrepreneurs.

In 2003, GREAT undertook a complete reorganization of the club in order to
embrace the informational era now available. Our website, www.greatexchangors.com was
created to provide a new and exciting venue for presenting properties to an extensive
market not previously available to non-realtors. GREAT is looking forward to a long
continuing history of providing a forum for creative marketing and the sale or exchange of real and personal properties.
